⏳ Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If you simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.


🛠 Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the return process at no cost to you. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, you’ll receive either a replacement or a full refund—including any original shipping charges.


🔁 Changed Your Mind?

We get it—sometimes plans change. If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days, provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).


💳 Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund and it hasn’t appeared in your account, please reach out to us at support@theretreatyard.com.


🔄 Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the item and reason for return. If applicable, we’ll let you know during the return process.
