When will my order ship and arrive?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible—typically within 1 to 2 business days. Some items may even ship the same day. Delivery generally takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the item’s availability. If an item has an extended lead time, it will be clearly noted on its product page. While delays are rare, we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
Please examine all packages when they arrive. If you notice any visible damage—even to the box—note it during delivery. If you’re unable to inspect the item but suspect damage, write “possible damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your product does arrive damaged, send us photos at support@theretreatyard.com, and we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or compensation.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Illinois, and sales tax is only charged for orders shipping within the state. If your order is shipped outside Illinois, you won’t be charged tax—saving you even more on your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Just email us at support@theretreatyard.com with your requested changes. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly, and we’ll either credit your payment method or send an invoice for the balance.
